A tribute to traditional oriental carpets, modern revisited patterns and workmanship.
We experimented a new combination of hand embroidery technique decorative motifs, made directly on the rug after its weaving. The polyesther embroidery is executed by Indian women belonging to a non-profit association, which Warli is proud to support as a source of independent livelihood.

Rif was inspired by the designers’ journey to the northern region of Morocco, fascinated by the colors and history of small villages set in the mountains. A contamination that created the shape of the rug with the interlocking colors, contrasting but harmoniously in balance, and the rough and precious fibers, tencel, linen and new zealand wool, that coexist in a single surface.

This is the Diagonal Aloe-Opal outdoor rug, made with soft-to-the-touch polypropylene fibers on a manual loom. The diagonal weft of its fabric with is made with threads of green and beige tones. It belongs to the Garden Layers collection, which also includes mattresses, rolls, cushions, beds and side tables, all created for outdoor use. Given its neutral coloring, this model works especially well with the large Tartan mattresses, the small Gofre rolls, the large Diagonal cushions in light shades, the individual Indian Gofre beds and the small side table. All designs in the Garden Layers collection can be combined with each other, so that each of its elements can be a different layer of the composition -hence the name of the collection.

Handwoven rug in wool and tencel. Dots is a soft and continuous surface, finely crafted with twisted wool elements. The dots in different shades of color are achieved thanks to the particular technique of dyeing and twisting of the wool.

Warli continues its journey through traditional carpet weaving techniques. We stopped between the Caucasus, Persia, Anatolia and Afghanistan where we resumed the sumak technique to create new outdoor models. With this type of knotting we have created high quality rugs that are essential in structure and design. Tradition and hi-tech yarn for modern nomads.

Essentiality and elegance of Japanese culture are inspiration lines of this carpet. The structure, with a thin woven edge and fringes slightly showing, takes up the continuous and uniform texture of the floors of traditional Japanese houses, where you can sit and lie down in complete relaxation.
